Come Game deposit problems
| Deposit status | What to do |

| Shows success, balance not updated | Wait up to 2 hours. If it is still missing, send Customer Service a screenshot of the payment order showing the UTR and deposit time. |
| Stuck on Processing | Usually network trouble, bank holidays or match-time traffic. Most are credited within 24 hours. |
| Failed | The money is refunded automatically to the original payment method. Try another method or amount. |
| Failed and refund missing | Check the payment app (Paytm, Google Pay or UPI app) and request the refund there. |

| Shows success, money not received | Network, holidays and match-day traffic can delay it. If it takes long, contact Customer Service with the order details. |
| Still processing | Same causes. Wait, then contact Customer Service if it does not move. |
| Failed | Usually network congestion. Wait and try again. |
| Keeps failing | Link a different bank account, for example Jio Payments Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, AU Small Finance Bank or Airtel Payments Bank. |

Screenshot every payment with its UTR and time before you leave the payment app.
One account, your name
Use a bank account and UPI ID you control. Never pay into a personal number someone sends you.

What is a UTR number?
The Unique Transaction Reference your UPI app shows for a payment, usually a 12-digit number. Come's support asks for it to trace a deposit, so keep the screenshot.
My deposit failed but money left my account.
The payment was not processed by the provider and is refunded automatically to the original method. If it takes long, raise a refund request in your payment app (Paytm, Google Pay or your UPI app).
Why is my withdrawal still processing?
Network problems, bank holidays and heavy traffic around matches slow withdrawals down. If it stays stuck, send Customer Service the order details.
Do VIP members withdraw for free?
Every VIP level gets a daily number of free withdrawals, and higher levels get more. From VIP11 withdrawals use a separate queue.
